A Team Optimization Project for an innovative educational model that holds promise to transform interprofessional education (IPE) and healthcare practice in primary care. Integrating best practices from education science, clinical knowledge, and experiential knowledge, the SLE model provides learners with valuable, evidence-informed education to foster more compassionate, equitable, and collaborative care.
