A Team Optimization Project to expand the existing team of professionals at Chickadee Maternity Collaborative by integrating an Indigenous Support Worker, and Mental Health Clinician into the team to support delivering comprehensive person-centered team-based care throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period to the population of patients we serve.
