Educational Program for Registered Nurses in Primary Care

An IP Collaborative Project developing a strong nursing workforce nationwide by the creation of the Team Primary Care Nurse Post-Licensure Educational Program, which is aligned with the Patient’s Medical Home model (The College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)) and the National Competencies for RNs in Primary Care (Canadian Family Practice Nurses Association (CFPNA)).
